To access the full range of w10win Services, you are required to complete the account registration process. You must provide accurate, complete and current information at the time of registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the lifetime of your Account.
Each individual person is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, w10win reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein, including any winnings generated from bonus funds.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. w10win will not be held liable for any loss, unauthorised transactions or other consequences arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact support at [email protected] immediately.
Before processing any withdrawal request, w10win will require you to complete the standard Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. This typically involves providing government-issued identification documents and proof of address. The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in delays to or suspension of withdrawal processing.
Deposits into your w10win Account must be made using payment methods currently available within the platform's account section. Deposit options vary and are subject to change. References to payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options (BTC / USDT) are provided as illustrative examples of the types of services familiar to Pakistani users. Actual availability is subject to the Operator's current supported channels and applicable regulations. None of the payment service names referenced imply endorsement of or affiliation with w10win.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. All deposits must originate from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Processing times depend on the selected withdrawal method and may take between 24 and 72 hours from approval, with additional time required for funds to reach your nominated account depending on your payment provider's processing schedule.
w10win reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests. Withdrawal amounts and methods are subject to the Operator's current published limits and schedules.
Account balances may be displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where supported. Currency conversion rates applied to deposits and withdrawals, where applicable, are determined by the Operator and may include a conversion margin. Users should review the current rate before completing any currency-converted transaction.
w10win offers various promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and refer-a-friend incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time the bonus is offered. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and a specific bonus's terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to an Account must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant bonus offer before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the bonus terms. Failure to meet requirements within the stated period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. The bonus terms for each offer will specify which games qualify and at what contribution percentage. Live casino games, sports bets and jackpot slots may have different or reduced contribution rates.
Withdrawals from an Account that holds an active bonus balance may be restricted until wagering requirements are fully met. In some cases, initiating a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance. Users should review individual bonus terms before requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, adapt, publicly display, reverse-engineer or otherwise exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of w10win.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, w10win and its directors, officers, employees and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your access to or use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of winnings, technical interruptions, data loss, unauthorised access to your Account or the outcome of any game or bet.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. w10win makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of harmful components or suitable for any particular purpose.
w10win reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure at a player's request, any remaining verified real-money balance (net of active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the verified payment method on file, subject to standard processing timelines and KYC confirmation.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani law — including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may also be relevant to their use of the Services, and that compliance with applicable local law is their sole responsibility.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the dispute-resolution procedures and jurisdiction specified in the Operator's licence terms. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to confer jurisdiction on the courts of Pakistan for disputes between the user and w10win.
w10win reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, users will be notified via a prominent notice on the Platform or via email to the address registered on their Account, where feasible. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you should discontinue use of the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Clause 11.
